Mazagan Beach Resort celebrated the graduation of the third cohort of its Women’s Leadership Program, coinciding with International Women’s Day. This internal initiative, led by the Mazagan Academy, aims to support female talent and enhance their leadership presence across the resort’s various departments.
Launched in March 2025 and running for a full year, the program targeted 37 female employees in supervisory and early-stage development roles, providing them with a comprehensive path for personal and professional development. The program included interactive workshops, individual and group mentoring sessions, and career guidance, all of which contributed to boosting self-confidence, developing communication skills, and establishing a more effective and authentic leadership presence among the participants.

The program covered a range of key topics, including self-confidence, effective communication, time and priority management, emotional intelligence, and work-life balance. It also included additional practical modules addressing family guidance, personal financial literacy, and professional image development, supporting participants in both their work environment and daily lives.

Jacques Claudel, General Manager of Mazagan Beach Resort, said: “Women play a pivotal role in Mazagan’s culture, performance, and continued success. We are proud of the professional and personal development achieved by our female employees and the inspiring leadership they demonstrate within our teams. Their competence and commitment represent a true asset to the resort’s future.”
The graduation ceremony marked the culmination of a year of learning, development, and achievement, as the participants completed the program with a clearer vision of their potential and a set of practical tools that will support their professional and personal journeys in the long term.

Through initiatives of this kind, Mazagan Beach Resort continues to reinforce its commitment to talent development, promoting inclusive leadership, and supporting the advancement of women in the hospitality sector, based on its conviction that investing in female talent is an important driver of performance, innovation, and sustainable corporate impact.
