Emirati businessman Khalaf Al Habtoor met with several Saudi travel and tourism companies at a meeting organized by the Hungarian Tourism Board . The meeting, which was also attended by Mr. Simon Nagy, Director of the Business Development Department at the Hungarian National Tourism Board, explored promising investment opportunities in the tourism sector and ways to strengthen partnerships and transform challenges into successful opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors. The discussion also covered key development projects in the tourism sector and ways to enhance the tourist experience by diversifying tourism offerings and encouraging partnerships with the private sector.
Emirati businessman Khalaf Al Habtoor said: “This visit coincides with the winter season to review the sector’s performance in winter tourist destinations, its facilities, and the quality of its services. We are pleased to meet with investors at the Hungarian Tourism Authority to exchange ideas and explore ways to enhance cooperation between the public and private sectors to accelerate the growth of tourism in the region. Our meeting today is an extension of the ongoing meetings between travel and tourism companies in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and a renewal of our firm commitment to supporting and empowering them.”
Khalaf Al Habtoor added that Hungary has unique competitive advantages that make it a fertile ground for tourism investment, and has achieved positive results in the sector’s performance, having received thousands of local and international visitors and tourists since [date missing], which confirms the promising potential and growing demand for tourism services in Hungary, a safe and secure tourist destination in the world.
