Chamas Bar & Cigar Lounge introduces Evening Bites, the latest chapter in The Chamas Series—a new collection of premium small plates available exclusively at the bar from 5PM daily. Designed for relaxed evenings and shared moments, the menu brings together Brazilian influences with contemporary flavours, creating the perfect accompaniment to the lounge’s signature cocktails, premium whiskies and extensive collection of premium cigars.
Highlights include Seabass and Salmon Tiraditos, Beef Tartare crowned with black caviar, Foie Gras Gyoza, the signature Wagyu Beef Sando, Wagyu Sliders, Brazilian-style grilled skewers and indulgent desserts inspired by Brazil.
