Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh continues its efforts to raise the bar for luxury gastronomic experiences, offering its guests a unique culinary event featuring a group of Michelin-starred chefs on December 5th, where guests will be treated to a wide range of unique flavours, innovative cooking techniques and artistic presentations.

During this unique event, the five chefs, known for their extensive experience and unique culinary vision, will showcase their unique talent in an atmosphere that combines simplicity and luxury at Rixos Radames Sharm El Sheikh, where each of them will collaborate with Ömer Yalcin, the hotel’s Executive Chef, to create a wonderful blend of innovative flavours and distinctive dishes specially prepared to give guests an unparalleled taste experience.

The event will kick off on September 5-6 with Chef Thaninthorn Chantrawan, a Michelin-starred maestro of Thai cuisine since 2017 for his restaurant Chim by Siam Wisdom. With a career spanning over 35 years in some of the world’s most famous restaurants, he has extensive experience in hospitality and restaurant management and is known for his innovative approach to serving the finest traditional Thai cuisine to local and international customers alike.

From 12-13 September, Rixos Radames Sharm El Sheikh continues this unique event by hosting Chef Ekaterina Alekhina from Russia, the first woman to receive a Michelin star in Russia. Known for her passion for sustainability and her creativity in French cooking techniques, she received her first Michelin star in 2021, along with the prestigious Green Michelin Star, which was awarded to her in recognition of her commitment to environmentally friendly practices. Her restaurant “Biology” is a testament to her commitment to sustainable culinary arts.

From October 23 to 24, the star chef Alexander Wolf, a culinary maestro with German and Russian roots who was awarded a Michelin star in 2018, will be the centre of attention, presenting a selection of his unique and innovative dishes that redefine traditional German cuisine. Chef Alexander is known for his appearances on popular TV shows such as “Das Perfecte Dinner” and “Kitchen Impossible”.

The culinary journey continues on November 24 and 25 with Swedish chef Ebbe Vollmer, owner of the acclaimed Vollmers restaurant in Malmö. Vollmer has unparalleled experience, having previously led the world-famous Jaan restaurant in Singapore, and his meticulously prepared dishes have earned him a worldwide reputation for their distinctive flavours. Last year, he expanded his culinary presence with the opening of a new restaurant in Tampa, Florida.

The event concludes on December 4 and 5 with Dutch Chef Tim Golsteijn, Executive Chef of the Michelin-starred Bougainville restaurant in Amsterdam’s TwentySeven Hotel, known for his unique, contemporary approach that blends flavours, aromas and cherished personal memories.
