With the advent of the summer vacation , Dubai hotels are preparing to receive a larger number of guests during the summer vacation, especially since it coincides with the end of the 2024 school year, which gives families the opportunity to seize this vacation and benefit from the offers provided by Dubai hotels.
Dubai hotels have also increased their readiness in preparation for the increasing demand during the summer vacation, which coincides with the summer break, in light of expectations that hotel occupancy in Dubai will rise in the coming days and until the end of the summer break to record levels, ranging between 80-90% in general, while it will reach about 100% in beach hotels and hotels near shopping centers.
Ms. Nuran Kilani Corporate Director of Commercial of TlME Hotels Group, said that Dubai witnesses a distinctive tourist movement during the summer vacation period, both domestically and abroad, as the number of guests increases significantly, especially since the current summer vacation coincides with the 2024 summer vacation for schools.
Pointing out that initial bookings confirm that the occupancy rate of TlME Hotels in Dubai will reach more than 100% during the summer vacation, she added that all indicators confirm a significant increase in demand for hotel rooms in Dubai, especially from the local market and the Gulf markets, which account for more than 80% of guests, most of whom are families.
Nouran Kilani explained that the hotel sector in Dubai generally relies on the holiday and vacation period to boost revenues, so it is keen to mobilize all its staff and prevent vacations during this period with the aim of capturing the largest possible segment of guests by launching promotional offers targeting families and individuals.
