The focus will be on Mystery Guest Visits to a wide range of establishments, including Hotels, Hotel Clubs, Tourist Residences, Guesthouses, Riads, and Kasbahs, classified from Luxury to 3-star.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>These Mystery Guest Visits represent a key innovation in the new hotel classification reform introduced under Law 80-14 and its implementing regulations. They will enable an objective assessment of the actual quality of service provided in the targeted establishments, ensuring that the service delivered aligns with the assigned classification. This approach is part of a broader ambition to elevate Morocco\u2019s accommodation offer to international standards and enhance its competitiveness in the global tourism market.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The Mystery Guest Visits are part of a strategic initiative to strengthen Morocco\u2019s position on the global tourism stage. The Kingdom now ranks first on the African continent, an achievement that must be preserved and reinforced considering growing international competition and the major milestones ahead, including the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
