In terms of international travel, Istanbul was one of the most popular destinations, registering a 31% growth compared to the same period last year, according to Wego, driven by flight offers and a variety of tourism activities that combine Islamic and historical influences.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In Egypt, Cairo and Sharm el-Sheikh emerged as the top choices for Saudi\u00a0<\/span>tourists<\/span><\/em>\u00a0, with hotel occupancy rates exceeding 85% during Eid, according to hotel sector reports. This was due to the combination of cultural tourism in the capital and beach and recreational activities on the Red Sea.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Dubai welcomed more than 80,000 Saudi visitors during the Eid holiday, according to the emirate’s Department of Economy and Tourism.
