The exhibition attracted more than 2,800 exhibitors, 19% of which were from the Middle East and 81% from the rest of the world.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span>Organized by RX Global, Arabian Travel Market 2025 was held under the theme &#8220;Global Travel: Transforming the Tourism of the Future through Connectivity,&#8221; exploring how connections across borders, sectors, and communities will shape the future of tourism. This theme was a key theme throughout the exhibition, which ran from April 28 to May 1 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span>The exhibition was visited by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, who was briefed on the most prominent topics and innovations featured in this year&#8217;s edition.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span>Over the four days of the event, several prominent dignitaries and officials attended Arabian Travel Market 2025, including His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, who officially opened the event. His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, also visited the exhibition and explored the highlights of the 2025 edition of the event.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/economymiddleeast.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/danielle-curtis-exhibition-director-me-atm.jpg\" alt=\"Arabian Travel Market 2025 returns in April to highlight the growing aviation sector.\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span>\u201cMy colleagues and I at RX Global are proud to welcome such a vibrant and engaged community of leading travel professionals to ATM 2025,\u201d said Danielle Curtis, Exhibition Director ME, Arabian Travel Market. \u201cThis year\u2019s theme resonated strongly throughout the show, emphasizing the importance of collaboration across borders and sectors to create new opportunities for inclusive and resilient tourism growth. The outstanding turnout and record number of exhibitors are clear indications of ATM\u2019s pivotal role in shaping the future of global tourism and connectivity.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span>All exhibition sectors witnessed significant growth, with year-on-year regional increases in the Middle East (19%), Asia (20%), Europe (17%), and Africa (21%). Notably, Asia is the fastest-growing region at ATM 2025, with exhibitor participation increasing by 20% year-on-year. This growth has been driven by enhanced regional connectivity and stronger ties with international markets.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span>Outside the UAE and GCC markets, the top 10 international markets registered at ATM 2025 were: India (6%), Turkey (3.2%), UK (3%), Egypt (3%), USA (2%), China (1.5%), Sri Lanka (1%), Spain (1%), Maldives (1%), and Pakistan (1%).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span>The Travel Tech exhibition at Arabian Travel Market saw over 26% growth this year, reflecting the sector&#8217;s increasing integration with technology. The newly launched Startups and Innovation Zone showcased 21 pioneering companies redefining the travel industry, along with an immersive virtual reality experience allowing visitors to explore revolutionary solutions in the sector.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span>The hotel sector at Arabian Travel Market 2025 witnessed a 12% year-on-year growth, with all major international hotel chains represented. The Arabian Travel Market Conference featured more than 70 sessions and showcased the insights of more than 200 distinguished speakers on the global stage, the future stage, and the new business events stage, as part of the IBTM@ATM event.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span>This year&#8217;s exhibition saw the launch of IBTM@ATM, a dedicated section for business events professionals.
